“Meatball” Hoagie Here! Okay, some people call it a sub. I was born in Philly raised in the ‘burbs, and to me it will always remain a HOAGIE. This week I made the “meatball” marinara sub (um, HOAGIE) with basil aioli from the #blissfulbasilcookbook @blissfulbasil. It was delicious and healthy. The meatballs were super tender made of cauliflower/sundried tomatoes topped with warmed marinara sauce, a cool basil aioli, and some greens. Not a crumb left or animal harmed.
