Veggie Roulade Tart to celebrate being off from work till September ?. I was inspired a while back by Rachel’s @eatallthecolors which was so beautiful. I finally got a chance to make my own. Carrots, local zucchini and squash rolls sitting on a tasty homemade tomato sauce, with a sweet potato pie crust. The pie crust did not work out too well for me , next time I’ll make some adjustments. recipe @rainbownourishments .
