VEGGIE SANDWICH ✨ Toasting to Tuesday because I’m seriously craving this loaded sandwich as I’m sitting at the airport waiting to get my connecting flight back to Toronto ✈️.

When it comes to veggie sandwiches, I usually just throw together anything I have in my fridge, but my non-negotiables are some good hummus + kalamata olives ? This one has hummus, grated carrot, red pepper, kale, red onion, kalamata olives + vegan mayo ? What’re your non-negotiables? ?
