Who doesn’t love FRYDAY?! 😍 I’ll take pretty much any excuse to make these garlic sweet potato fries + my homemade vegan cheese sauce ✨ I usually make a big batch of this sauce to last me a few days, but honestly it’s usually gone within 24 hours 👀 Seriously the perfect versatile sauce for fries, burritos or on pizza 🙌🏼 I’ve shared the recipe below, and have also gone through it step-by-step in my stories! I’ll share it in my highlights as well under “Recipes”. Enjoy! 💛.
To make 👇🏼:
Boil 1 cup of diced, peeled yellow potatoes + 1/2 cup of diced carrots until tender. Transfer to a blender. Add 3 tbsp of nutritional yeast, 1/4 cup vegetable oil (make sure it doesn’t have a strong taste), 1 tsp garlic power, 1 tsp onion powder, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tbsp of lemon juice and 1/4 cup of veggie stock or plant-based milk (or more if needed). Blend until smooooth and enjoy on EVERYTHING 💫
