🍽️ Ingredients:
✔️ 2 eggs 🥚🥚 (hard-boiled)
✔️ 1 egg white 🥚
✔️ 6 tbsp milk (fat-free) 🥛
✔️ 1.5 tbsp oat bran 🌾
✔️ 1 tbsp cottage cheese (fat-free) 🧀
✔️ 1 tsp baking powder
✔️ A pinch of salt, black pepper, dried mint (optional) 🌿
🔥 How to Make It:
1️⃣ Prepare the Surprise Filling
- Place 2 whole eggs in cold water and boil them for 8 minutes.
- As soon as the time is up, transfer them to a bowl of ice-cold water and let them sit for 5 minutes.
- Carefully peel off the shells and set the eggs aside.
2️⃣ Prepare the Muffin Batter
- In a bowl, whisk together egg white, milk, oat bran, cottage cheese, baking powder, and seasonings until smooth.
3️⃣ Assemble the Muffins
- Pour a small amount of batter into each deep muffin mold.
- Place a whole boiled egg in the center of each.
- Cover the eggs with the remaining batter.
