Crispy salmon and balsamic Brussels

Crispy salmon and balsamic Brussels ? Paired with cauliflower rice (had it leftover ??) + easy sautéed mushrooms + tomatoes ? Used @primalpalate new bae seasoning on the salmon, cooked it in avocado oil, and I used my cast iron grill which makes it SO crispy ?? Switched up my seasoning game by making balsamic Brussels too ? I’m normally so repetitive with my spices and seasonings that it’s hard for me to branch out ? I just always think of that saying “if it ain’t broke don’t fix it” ? So obsessed with how these turned out though ? Recipes for both posted down below ?? I’d you’re nervous to try out making salmon, this is the EASIEST way to do it! I remember being sooo worried I’d screw it up when I first started making it ? Trust me tough- this way is so simple as long as you use enough oil! It’s been SO warm here today- mid 70s but now it’s supposed to rain all night so I’m making some turkey chili to get back in the fall mood ? I’m hoping it turns out so I can share!! If not Eli is stuck eating mediocre turkey chili the rest of the week ? Hope you guys had a wonderful Tuesday!! ————————————————————————

Salmon recipe: heat a skillet over medium heat. When warm add in avocado oil and salmon (seasoned this slice with @primalpalate new bae) and cook for 3 mins on each side. Brussels recipe: 1 tbsp avocado oil + 2 tbsp balsamic + 1/2 tbsp garlic powder + sprinkle of pink Himalayan salt + 1/2 tsp pepper. 450F for 25 mins. Paired with leftover cauliflower rice + sautéed mushrooms + tomatoes ??
