⭐️Don’t restrict carbs⭐️
.
Restricting carbs actually drives you to want them MORE by increasing something called neuropeptide Y. That “Omg! Need all of the carbs now!” isn’t a lack of willpower it is your biology trying to save you and allow your body and brain to function at their tippy top shape.
.
So while, yes, this might be a fun way to eat a veggie let’s not pretend that it’s the same as biting into and hearing the *CRUNCH* of a cracker.?
.
As an intuitive eater who doesn’t diet you have the absolutely right to eat a cucumber or a cracker.?‍♀️ Might just depend on the day! The cucumber isn’t “better” and nor is the “cracker”. They’re just different. Don’t let social media trap you into thinking intuitive eating = always eating crackers. Cause that’s just turning it into another diet!
