FOOD DIARY from today ๐Ÿœ๐Ÿฅ—๐Ÿฅœ๐Ÿ˜ I didnโ€™t have any plan when I hit the gym in the morning, so I decided to do a full body workout with all of my favorite exercises ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ‹๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ I really enjoyed it and I highly recommend it when youโ€™re bored with your current routine or about to lose motivation. It will definitely give you an extra energy boost ๐Ÿค— I also decided that today was my last day of cut and starting from tomorrow I will be focusing on increasing my strength and will no longer be eating in calorie deficit. You will see my food diaries with more treats ๐Ÿฐ๐Ÿฆ๐Ÿ” My last cut day included in its menu: โ €
1. ๐ŸŽ Breakfast – (right after I woke up) bulletproof coffee. โ €
2. ๐ŸŽ Breakfast – (before gym) egg and egg white muffins with chorizo, broccoli, zucchini, mushrooms red bell pepper topped with cheddar cheese. โ €
3. ๐ŸŽ Post-workout – big bowl of protein oatmeal bowl topped with strawberries, banana, almonds and a piece of protein bar.โ €
4. ๐ŸŽ Lunch – basmati rice with Buffalo chicken drumsticks, steamed asparagus and cherry tomatoes. โ €
5. ๐ŸŽ Snack – @womensbest chocolate protein power cookie. โ €
6. ๐ŸŽ Dinner – basmati rice, turkey meatballs with basil and sriracha in herbs tomato sauce and steamed green beans. โ €
Total of 2โ€™146 calories ๐Ÿ“โœ… In addition I had a lifting session today in the morning and I burned 638 calories.
