Honey Chipotle Shrimp, Zoodles, and Sautéed Kale ? Honey chipotle shrimp is such a good combo ?? The perfect mix of sweet and spicy ? I just recently picked up some chipotle seasoning and it is a game changer! I’ve been adding it to everything: veggies, popcorn, avocado, protein, etc ?? After I take a picture, I’ll add it to my dishes to give it a little extra spice ? -⠀

I’ve been really enjoying switching up spices in the kitchen recently ? I am a constant meal repeater but changing up spices really gives dishes a whole new flavor and you don’t feel like you’re repeating as much ? Plus spices are relatively inexpensive even if you buy organic and they last forever ?? It truly is a great way to switch things up if you’re in a food rut- just buy new spices to throw on your go to meals ? I also tossed a little spice of my zoodles because I like them plain but also at the same time, they need a something ? Pumped because this shrimp recipe has leftovers so I’m already thinking about the next meal with them ? Haha jk but leftovers are seriously the best! Have a great evening everyone! -⠀

healthyrecipes Honey Chipotle Shrimo: ⠀
In a bowl: add in 1 tbsp avo oil, 1/4 tsp Chipotle powder, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tbsp coconut aminos, and 1 tbsp honey. Mix together, add into a bag with a pound of washed and peeled shrimp. Let marinate for 5-20 mins (more flavorful the longer you marinate!) then cook in a skillet over medium heat until nice and crispy- about 10 minutes. Paired with sautéed kale and mushrooms + zoodles ?
