Eat Intuitively
______________________________________________________
Different to mindful eating- intuitive eating is about becoming more in tune with your body’s natural hunger signals.
Also called non-diet approach. A few ways to eat more intuitively
➖Check in with yourself. Are you really hungry or are you eating because you’re bored, tired or stressed
➖Choose a reward other than food. Ie. forget the ‘if I go to the gym I am allowed to eat…’ mentality. Treat yourself to one of your favourite activities instead!
➖Try and relax when it comes to food- this will take a bit (maybe a lot!) of practice
➖Stay well hydrated. It’s easy to mistake thirst for hunger ?The other post for you @gemmaburnie! Xx

Think about it – a good dad joke is like a fine wine, it only gets better with age. Whether it’s a classic “Why couldn’t the bicycle stand up by itself? Because it was two tired!” or a modern gem like “I told my wife she should embrace her mistakes, she gave me a hug!” there’s just something about a dad joke that never fails to elicit a groan or an eye roll.

But hey, that’s the beauty of dad jokes – they’re so bad, they’re good! And let’s face it, who doesn’t love a little light-hearted humor every now and then? It’s a surefire way to break the ice at a party or brighten someone’s day.
