{nature’s energy bar} equal to better performance, far more nutrients and pay less ??? {my go-to post long run, or pre-workout, or before a race}

?? Why chose added sugars, added fillers, added junk when you can get the {real deal, all the good stuff, with easy to grab, one ingredient??}
FACTS??
Exercises??‍♀️benefits: Bananas are a perfect fuel for exercise because not only do they provide easy to digest carbs your muscles need, they also contain the antioxidants that might help speed recovery. More importantly, they are rich in vitamin B6, which is key nutrient in converting fuel into energy during exercise and also great for our brain. They replace potassium which you lose during intense exercise, and helps to prevent muscle cramps. AND rich is magnesium. Oh did I mention easy on digestion? ?? They also provide a good amount of your daily fiber needs, promoting regularity. Yessss. And if you just don’t like bananas then ??‍♀️ sorry not sorry.

So let’s not complicate health by adding in so much unnecessary ish. Disclaimer: not hating on bars! ?

What’s your go-to???
