Celebrating TACO THURSDAY and moving this week with these BUFFALO CAULIFLOWER And AVOCADO TACOS with crispy chick peas and edamame and my TAHINI RANCH! Happy Thursday loves. I’m still busy packing over here and moving, and using up what I have left in my fridge! Sooooo, inspired by my friend @healthygffamily, I made some buffalo cauliflower tacos ?!! Recipe below. They were BOMB ? with some crispy fried plantains on the side. Hope you’re all having a fantastic Thursday!

Deets: @sietefoods cassava coconut tortillas, arugula, avocado, crispy chick peas, edamame, red pepper and buffalo cauliflower. Break up cauliflower into pieces, toss in some almond milk and coconut flour and lots of buffalo sauce…drizzle with olive oil and bake on 425 flipping after about 8 minutes and cook until golden brown. Tahini Ranch: 1/4 Cup tahini, 1/2 Cup almond milk yogurt, 1 tbls mustard, 1 tbls lime juice, 1 tbls coconut aminos, 1.5 tsp dill seed, 2 tbls chopped fresh parsley, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 teaspoon pepper, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp onion powder. •
