Well folks, it’s that time of year again when we all start dreaming about sandy beaches and umbrella drinks. That’s right, it’s vacation season!

As we start planning our much-needed getaways, there’s one thing we can’t ignore – the dreaded packing process. So let’s dive into the dos and don’ts of vacation packing.

First off, let’s address the over-packer. We all know that person who brings their entire closet on a weekend trip, only to wear the same three outfits. Do yourself a favor and stick to the essentials – you don’t need six pairs of shoes for a beach vacation, Karen.

Next up, the under-packer. This person shows up to the beach with nothing but a toothbrush and a swimsuit. Sure, you might save on checked baggage fees, but good luck surviving a week without sunscreen or a change of clothes.

And let’s not forget the “just in case” packer. They bring everything from rain gear to a first aid kit, just in case of a monsoon or emergency surgery. News flash, folks – it’s called a vacation, not a survivalist expedition.

So, as you start packing for your next adventure, remember to find that happy medium between under-packing and over-packing. And if all else fails, just buy a tacky souvenir t-shirt at the airport – problem solved. Happy travels, everyone!
