Ugly bowl but soooo good 😍🙌🏻 Shrimp pesto with chickpea pasta 😋 Tasty and easy to make 👌🏻 I woke up to snow and yet still this summery dish sounded good 😂🤷🏼‍♀️ I had leftover shrimp in my freezer so I heated it up in my skillet and sautéed some zucchini along with it 👌🏻 For the pesto, I just blended all the ingredients in my blender because I don’t have a food processor! Used @eatbanza chickpea pasta because it’s packed with protein + fiber 🙌🏻 And now I have leftover pesto for toast or pizza later on this weekend 😎 I’m thinking veggie cauliflower crust pizza with it would be amazing 😍 We’re staying in tonight and just chilling + watching a movie! A podcast I listen to was talking about Three Identical Strangers so I really want to watch that! Has anyone seen it?? Hope you have a great Friday night ahead of you ❤️ ———————————————————————— lunch details 👉🏻 Leftover shrimp (can’t remember what seasoning the had) + sautéed zucchini + pesto: blended it all in a blender, 1/4 cup sliced almonds + 2 tsp galore powder + 1 avo cut up + 1 1/2 cup basil + 3 tbsp olive oil + 3 tbsp water. Paired with @eatbanza chickpea pasta 👌🏻
