Why I eat this ON REPEAT ?

1️⃣ I think it’s delicious!
2️⃣ It’s got a nice mix of textures and consistencies that I so enjoy ❤️
3️⃣ It makes my body feel good and gives me long lasting energy thanks for the carbs, fat & protein as well as fiber.
4️⃣ It’s easy! Takes all of about 2 minutes to throw together
5️⃣ It’s affordable. I’ll just use fruit that’s on sale or thaw some frozen fruit for the week.
6️⃣ It’s a great way to get a variety of micronutrients by changing up the fruits and nut butters

These are all things that I think about as an intuitive eater when making a food choice. It’s not just “what do I want?” Yes, that’s part of it, but not nearly all of it. Gentle nutrition plays a big role in my choices because it affects how my body feels which will affect my ability to focus on work, to name just 1 area it affects.

But guess what? If I want the leftover chocolate cake Imma eat that. Without guilt. Would I wanna do it daily? Nope, wouldn’t feel good. But can I do it? YES! There are no rules ❤️

You CAN think about nutrition without it being diet-y.
