Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Balls ❤🍪
{ Weekends are for Food Prep + Family Time!
Add cookies into the mix = YUM 🍪🥛🍪🥛 .
makes about 22 balls, 1-2 cookie dough balls is considered one serving .
Ingredients:
2 cups almond flour
1/2 cup coconut flour
1/2 cup natural peanut butter
1/2 cup pure maple syrup
1.5 Tbsps unrefined coconut oil, melted
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/3 cup mini dark chocolate chips

Instructions:
In your food processor, place all of your ingredients and process until well combined.

Scrape down the sides and process again just until it starts to resembles crumbled cookie dough.

Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
Take a spoonful of mixture and roll it between your palms to create a ball, as shown.

Repeat with remaining mixture.

Place the balls into the prepared sheet pan and refrigerate for up to 1 hour.

Transfer to an air-tight container and keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
