{New} 10 minute Sheet Pan Lemon Butter Shrimp ???
{ THE easiest, most foolproof Shrimp recipe! This is the beginning of a perfect Summertime meal in just minutes.}
Makes 4 servings
5 Tbsps clarified butter, ghee, or unrefined coconut oil, melted
4 fresh cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbsps fresh squeezed lemon juice, or more, to taste
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
1.5 pounds medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 Tbsps chopped fresh Italian parsley leaves

Preheat oven to 400 degrees f.
Rub a large flat, rimmed baking sheet lightly with avocado oil.
In a medium glass bowl, whisk melted ghee, minced garlic, fresh lemon juice, seasonings, and sea salt and pepper, to taste.
Add shrimp to the bowl, gently toss to coat well. Pour all ingredients from the bowl onto your baking sheet, scraping bowl with a spatula to get all that lemony goodness onto the pan.
Arrange shrimp in a single layer onto the baking sheet.
Place into your preheated oven and bake just until pink, and cooked through, about 8-9 minutes.
Garnish with parsley, serve immediately while hot.
