{NEW} Bacon Wrapped Asparagus ūüĆĪ
{ Asparagus season is still going strong. We enjoy bacon a few times each month as a special treat, so I think this is a PERFECT recipe to make MOM for brunch this weekend! ūüíź}
makes 6 servings
20 crisp, fresh spears asparagus, rinsed and pat dried
20 thin sliced nitrate free bacon strips

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees f. and line a large, rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.

Take each asparagus spear and snap off the very bottom of the woody ends.

Next, take one bacon strip and wrap it around the asparagus nicely as shown.
Place your wrapped asparagus on the prepared baking sheet and repeat with remaining asparagus and bacon leaving space between each so that they can crisp up.

Roast for 15 – 18 minutes, or until bacon is crispy to your liking.

Enjoy! ‚̧Rachel
