{New} No-bake Brownie Energy Balls ???
{ For all my choc-o-holics ?♀️ These lil’ raw energy bites could not be simpler to make…and supply a good nutrient dense punch if energy! ?}
makes about 12 balls, serving size 1-2 balls
Ingredients:
1/2 cup raw cashews
1/2 cup raw almonds
1/4 cup pitted dates, about 10 pieces
2 Tbsps unsweetened cocoa powder
2 Tbsps coconut oil, melted
teeny tiny pinch of sea salt
Instructions:
Place all the ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until you’ve got a thick dough.
Take one semi-heaping Tablespoon of dough and roll it between your palms into a ball shape. Repeat until all the dough is finished.
Place them into an air-tight container and refrigerate for up to 1 week.
Enjoy!
