✔Makes 6 servings:
In each freezer bag I added:
1 heaping cup fresh organic baby spinach
2 large bananas, thickly sliced
1/2 cup raspberries
2 kiwi fruit, peeled & sliced
1/4 cup pomegranate seeds .
{FREEZE these bags for future use, use within 2 weeks}
Pull one freezer bag out if the freezer, then add to the blender with:
Ingredients to add to the blender:
2 cups plain Greek yogurt, well chilled
2 cups pure pomegranate juice (fresh squeezed or bottled fresh), well chilled

How to Make It:
In a blender, combine the frozen ingredients with the yogurt and pomegranate juice.
Puree until smooth.
Pour the smoothie into six tall glasses and serve at once.
