Shrimp in a Sweet and Savory Honey Garlic Glaze

Sticky Honey Garlic Shrimp
{Ready in just a few minutes 🙋
Serve over brown rice + a side of steamed broccoli 😋}
Makes 3-4 servings
Ingredients:
½ cup raw honey
¼ cup light soy sauce, coconut aminos, or Braggs liquid aminos
3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
juice of one small lemon
1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 Tbsp clarified butter, Irish butter, or coconut oil
green onions and parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions:
In a small bowl whisk honey, soy sauce, garlic and lemon.
Add half of the sauce to the shrimp and let marinate for 30 minutes.
In a medium sized skillet at the butter. Add the shrimp and discard marinade. Season with salt and pepper. Turn the heat to medium high. Cook until the shrimp turn pink about 2 minutes each side. Add the reserved marinade and pour over shrimp. Cook until the sauce starts to thicken and coats the shrimp.
Garnish with green onions and fresh chopped parsley.
Serve with brown rice, and steamed broccoli.
