BEST waffles I’ve ever made and they’re homemade with banana flour, which is literally just made out of bananas (and you don’t even taste banana flavor) !! I’ll add my recipe below because these waffles are out of this world ?? ••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••
WAFFLE RECIPE:
1/4 cup banana flour
2 tbsp. GF flour
Splash of vanilla extract
1 tsp. honey
1 scoop collagen (optional)
1 tbsp. chia seeds
1 egg
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
About 1/2 cup almond milk (didn’t measure but you can pour and stir until you get the consistency you like)
