Am I the only one who feels like they’ve won the lottery when their kids finish their vegetables? Well that happened this afternoon and I did my customary happy dance ?

This potato and pea curry with coconut milk is going down so well, I couldn’t be happier ?? I added ? to mine and my daughter’s (she loves the heat!) my son on the other hand hates chilli ? it’s safe to say that this curry will become a regular.
