Celebrating FRYday with some SALT and VINEGAR waffled sweet potato fries and a spicy tahini-almond-sriracha dip…and a chickpea salad stuffed avocado ? I bought a waffle fry maker and it was the best $20 bucks I’ve spent all week. I’ll put a link in my story if anyone is interested. Stuffed half an avocado with some micro greens, cucumber, red pepper, curry roasted chickpeas and watermelon seeds, and half with the tahini-almond-sriracha dip I Posted the other day. I’ll post deets for both fries and dip below. Happy long weekend all! Any good plans?

Deets: For the fries: I tossed them in some coconut oil and salt, roasted for about 25 mins on 450. Flipping half way through. Once they were crispy I took them out and tossed in a mixture of salt and 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar For the sauce: Mix together 2 tablespoons almond milk yogurt, 2 tablespoons tahini, 1 tablespoon @georgiagrinders almond butter, 1.5 tablespoons sriracha 3 tablespoons coconut aminos and one tablespoon lime juice.
