CHOCOLATE ESPRESSO OATMEAL topped with CARAMELIZED BANANAS, HEMP SEEDS AND CHOCOLATE! Guys, this oatmeal was AMAZING. Perfect balance of flavors and caffeine ? I didn’t use any sweetener in the oats, I used a little banana and a NO SUGAR CHOCOLATE GANACHE TRUFFLE from @nyrvanaofficial. I am thrilled to be a #nyrvanapartner. This company has made the best tasting no-sugar truffle I have ever had…they have created their own combination of natural sweeteners and you would never know that these babies have no sugar. I love chocolate, but I hate how I typically feel after eating it… I have been eating two of these truffles almost every day for the last two weeks and I honestly feel great. No sugar spike! They are gluten free and lactose free! Anyway, this bowl was gone pretty fast and now I’m wishing I had more! #welcometonyrvana.

Deets: 1/2 cup of oats cooked over the stove in 3/4 cup water, plus 1/2 mashed banana, 2 teaspoons espresso powder, 1 teaspoon maca, 1 tablespoon cocoa powder, dash of salt and one @nyrvanaofficial chocolate truffle. Bring to a boil, then simmer and stir so everything melts together! Add some almond or coconut milk if you’d like. Topped with bananas cooked in ghee and cinnamon, no added sugar cashew butter, hemp seeds and a @nyrvanaofficial peanut butter truffle with some unsweetened chocolate chips. •
