COLORFUL FRY DAY! Because I love to eat the rainbow ? and fries ? Tri-colored thyme-roasted crispy sweet potato fries (orange, purple and Japanese) with an herbed vegan CAULIFLOWER-TAHINI-YOGURT dip….recipe below. I hope you all had a wonderful week my dears! Dip Recipe: one bag cauliflower rice steamed (about 4 cups), 1/3-1/2 Cup @kitehillfoods yogurt, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1/3 Cup tahini, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon coconut aminos, 3 scallions chopped, a couple handful of herbs (I used basil, parsley, dill)…blend together until smooth. •
