You can eat nutritious foods and still gain weight. I mean… Maybe not advisable ?, but your diet can consist only pizza and you could still lose weight! ???
Weight loss is thankfully VERY simple.
✨ Calorie deficit —> fat loss
That’s it.
HOW you reach that deficit is up to you! ?? Although I do recommend a balance of mostly nutrient-dense foods ? + some intentionally & mindfully-chosen fun ? foods!
