Vegan Lemon Loaf ?⠀

? Ingredients * Using 1 bowl, mix the following⠀
* 1/4 cup melted vegan butter⠀
* 1 cup almond milk⠀
* 1/2 cup lemon juice⠀
* 1 tsp vanilla extract⠀
* 1 cup organic or coconut sugar⠀
* 1 tsp baking soda⠀
* 1 1/2 tsp baking powder⠀
* 2 1/4 cups all purpose flour⠀

??Preparation⠀
1. Starting with the melted vegan butter, mix in almond milk, then lemon juice, and vanilla. ⠀
2. Add the sugar and then the baking soda and baking powder. Mix. ⠀
3. Finally, mix in the flour and mix until the batter is smooth.Don’t over mix! ⠀
4. Pour batter into a loaf pan sprayed with coconut oil and bake in a 375 degree oven for 45-50 minutes.⠀

Cream Cheese Glaze:⠀
* 3 cups confectioners raw and organic sugar⠀
* 1/2 cup softened dairy free butter⠀
* 1 8 ounce pack of dairy free cream cheese⠀
* Mix with electric hand mixer⠀
* Spread glaze on the loaf after loaf is cooled (cool for about 5-10 minutes so it’s still a little warm). Sprinkle with lemon zest.⠀

If you want less sugar, you can skip the glaze or use natural based sweetener instead of sugar⠀
