10 large eggs
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Add-ins choices

✏️INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat oven 400 F.
Line a 12 count muffin pan with silicone liners or coat with non-stick cooking spray. In a large 4 cup measuring cup or mixing bowl, crack eggs and whisk together with seasonings. Stir in add-ins of choice. Divide evenly into muffin tins. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until set.
