FRIDAY: A Nominating Pasta Day! craving pasta all week

TGIF! Today is officially pasta day in my book! I’ve been craving pasta for hours now, and I knew the key to satisfying that craving was to whip up a delicious dish using @eatbanza! I decided to make a creamy pasta salad with sautéed kale, onion, red cabbage, mushrooms, summer squash, fresh cherry tomatoes, garden greens, avocado, @bilinskisausage chicken sausage, and of course, @eatbanza pasta. The creamy “cheesy” sauce was a dream, made with @foragerproject cashew milk yogurt, @nowfoodsofficial nutritional yeast, coconut aminos, Himalayan salt, pepper, and a splash of lemon juice. Let me tell you, it hit the spot perfectly. Hope you’re all having a fantastic day filled with love and light ?



And for my #FunFactFriday with @allieseats_: Did you know that I have a deep love for dragons? I actually have a tattoo on my back that I got as a high school graduation gift from my mom. It’s been 12 years and it’s still as colorful and vibrant as ever ?
