?Happy Friday lovelies. Thank you all for your sweet and thoughtful comments yesterday regarding my lack of sleep. Happy to say last night was much better. Here’s a simple kale pesto with buckwheat noodles and vegan parmesan we enjoyed last night.?

?Recipe pesto: process 2c kale leaves, 1/2c basil leaves, 1/2c olive oil, 6 minced garlic cloves, juice 1 lemon, 1c pinenuts, 1/4c nutritional yeast, salt/pepper to taste, 2 tbsp water. ?Vegan Parmesan recipe: process 3/4c raw cashews, 3 tbsp nutritional yeast, 3/4 tsp sea salt, 1/4 tsp onion powder. Combine green peas, buckwheat noodles, pesto and Parmesan.
