🌱Recipe pumpkin pie oatmeal: Combine 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats + 1-3/4 cups almond milk in saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer while stirring for about 5 minutes. Add more milk if becomes too dry. Add 1/4 cup pumpkin purée, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp nutmeg. Mix and heat another few minutes. Top with chopped pecans, dark chocolate and date syrup. .
