Sweet and Sour Tofu with mangetout served over rice and topped with black and white sesame seeds.

This was a no-fuss meal, I used store bought sweet and sour sauce to free up my day. I think I’m due for a day off to recharge as I’m feeling a little overwhelmed at the moment. So much to do and there are never enough hours in the day. Life right? This is not supposed to be a sad post by the way, I’m just admitting that I need a rest, that’s all ?
