Happy FRY-DAY! Celebrating with this BBQ SALMON, CRISPY AIR FRIED CAULIFLOWER and CHIPOTLE-LIME SWEET POTATO FRIES with AVOCADO RANCH! I re-made this recipe to make it WHOLE 30 approved as part of the September Whole 30. I used @vitalproteins collagen (which is #whole30) in this recipe to add a creaminess and took out the yogurt. Deets: salmon seasoned with bbq rub and seared in coconut oil (then basted with some no-added-sugar BBQ sauce)…2 mins per side on medium high. FRIES: 1 large sweet potato cut into fries, (I like to soak my potatoes in ice water for an hour to get them extra crispy), seasoned with 1/4 teaspoon each (or more for more fries) of salt, chipotle chili powder, garlic powder and onion powder and 1/2 teaspoon lime zest. AVOCADO RANCH: 1 whole ripe avocado, 1/2 teaspoon each salt, garlic powder and onion powder, 1/4 teaspoon pepper, 1 scoop @vitalproteins collagen, 2 tablespoons each fresh dill and fresh parsley, 3 tablespoons water, 1/2 teaspoon coconut aminos, juice from one lime, 1 tablespoon minced and 1/2 teaspoon dill seeds. Blend all ingredients except lime juice, onion and dill seed, then remove from blender and mix in onion, lime juice and dill seed. •
