Happy FRY day! Hope you’re having a lovely day babes! Ending with some CHIPOTLE RUTABAGA fries and a MEYER LEMON TURMERIC CASHEW dip and salmon and all the veggies. It’s been a long week and I have a busy day and weekend ahead! Leftovers coming in clutch right now! I decided on a zombie nurse for my Halloween costume, so I spent last night pouring red nail polish all over an old white dress 🙃 What is everyone’s plan this weekend?? Deets: crispy seared @salmonandsable wild salmon, greens, cabbage, roasted tomatoes, broccoli and mushrooms roasted in some coconut aminos (no oil necessary), micro greens and these delicious fries and dip. Fries: cut up rutabaga into fries, toss in oil, salt and chipotle powder and bake on 450 for about 30 mins flipping halfway. Dip: 3 tablespoons cashew butter, 3 tablespoons almond milk yogurt, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric, 1 tablespoon Meyer lemon juice, 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest, pinch of salt, 2 tablespoons coconut aminos. •
