Happy FRY DAY! So close to the holiday! Celebrating with HONEY MUSTARD DILL POTATOES with some GRILLED HERBED SALMON with a side of lightened up sriracha aioli. Made this for dinner last week using my @ninjakitchen Foodie Grill. I’m seriously OBSESSED with this new kitchen appliance. If you saw my holiday gift guide, I included this baby and for good reason. I roasted the potatoes in it as well as grilled the salmon on top. Just look at that char! This would still make the most perfect gift for anyone really…you can grill perfectly all year long with no mess, make dinner in 2 minutes using the other functions such as roasting, air frying and the dehydrating function to try something new and fun. You’d never know this salmon was grilled indoors. I’m very excited for the weekend, and wish I could fast forward to Christmas Eve but enjoying the time while I can. Deets: greens, avocado topped with tomatoes and tahini, lemon, sriracha aioli (1 tablespoon sriracha, 1/4 cup mayonnaise, 1/4 cup Greek yogurt, 1 tablespoon lime or lemon juice, pinch of salt), Wild salmon seasoned with salt, pepper, a little olive oil and some fresh herbs and grilled for 2-3 minutes per side on the @ninjakitchen Foodi Grill. Potatoes: Mix 3 tablespoons mustard, 2 tablespoons melted ghee or butter, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon pepper, 2 teaspoons dill, 4 cloves minced garlic, 1 tablespoon coconut aminos. Cut 1.5 pounds of mini potatoes in half and toss in the mixture. Roast on 375 in the @ninjakitchen Foodi Grill for about ten minutes (or until crispy). •
