Happy New Week Lovelies ✨
So, I’m not sure how people eat fruit-only smoothies for breakfast and are satisfied until lunch time. I’m usually starving within 45 mins of eating such smoothies. The only way they sustain me for decent periods is if I add some fat like 🥑 or protein.
For this particular bowl, I used silken tofu, a small banana, a handful of mixed berries, and a couple tablespoons of soya yogurt. I topped with granola, mixed seeds and extra berries. And no, I didn’t eat this cold, I let it warm up to room temperature before digging in 😊 Thanks to @coconutbowls for gifting me the bowl and spoon ~
