I enjoyed this mushroom stroganoff with rice and tenderstem ? for lunch today. The stroganoff was incredibly creamy, but the recipe is entirely oil-free and doesn’t contain any cream or crème-fraîche. May is here already! I can’t believe we are already approaching the middle of the year. May is also National Walking Month, and I thought it would be a great idea to host a walking challenge.
