I have no idea what has taken me so long to try tempeh. If you saw my video earlier, you’ll already know that I received it alongside a bunch of other whole grains. I said I was going to make Kamut today, but I couldn’t resist the short grain rice ? I cooked the tempeh alongside mushrooms and spinach in a super delicious tahini sauce. I think this is the best meal I’ve had this year ? If you haven’t tried tempeh, don’t sit on it! #veganbysomi
