I used to make Buddha bowls a lot when I initially started eating plant-based, I’m not quite sure why I slowed down/stopped 🤔 Today, I wanted a bit of everything for lunch, so a #buddhabowl was perfect 😊

In my bowl, black rice, sweet potato, a maple/tahini dressing, chickpeas, peas, falafels and spinach underneath. Yes, it was an epic bowl 😋 #veganbysomi
