I usually try to have one of each food group in all of my bowls to keep it balanced to get as many nutrients as possible 😊. In this one there are 🍃noodles, black eye beans, sugar snap peas, red cabbage and sesame seeds and 🌶. Do you guys try to keep your bowls balanced to or do you just eat whatever?
