I usually try to have one of each food group in all of my bowls to keep it balanced to get as many nutrients as possible ?. In this one there are ?noodles, black eye beans, sugar snap peas, red cabbage and sesame seeds and ?. Do you guys try to keep your bowls balanced to or do you just eat whatever?
