If given the option to make a salad or go out for one, I choose making it 9/10…don’t get me wrong, I LOVE me a good Sweet Green when I’m on the run or don’t feel like cooking, but creating salads are so satisfying to me! Especially after I just loaded up on local fresh produce from @bostonpublicmarket. Not everything here is from the market, but 85% is! Chopped turmeric chipotle grilled chicken salad….chopped kale as the base, red cabbage, @stillmansfarm heirloom yellow tomatoes, cucumber, roasted @stillmansfarm purple green beans, diced roasted sweet potato, cucumber, red peppers, Florida avocado, @stillmansfarm microgreens, fresh shiso and an herbed yogurt dressing. AND I crumbled some @jilzcrackerz over the top! The dressing has @foragerproject cashew milk yogurt, lime juice, coconut aminos from @traderjoes and some of this local organic dry herb blend I got. SO GOOD! This Salad Saturday hit the SPOT! Hope you are all having a lovely weekend!
