It’s a TOASTY 🔥 Thursday out there today…Heat is BACK! So I’m taking a quick DIP in this yolk amd HARISSA hummus and sailing away in this 🥑 boat…catch you on the flip side 🙃 Truly though, this meal was killer! So simple…took all of about 15 minutes. Paired with some greens, tomato, blueberries and @simplekneads_gf Sourdough. Recipe and instructions below. Deets: scoop a little of half of an avocado out, break an egg inside the cavity and bake on 425 for about 13-15 minutes. Hummus: one can chickepeas (I remove outer layer with a paper towel), 2 tablespoons tahini, 3 tablespoons olive oil, 1/4 Cup parsley, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes, 1 tablespoon coconut aminos, 1-2 tablespoons water, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 1 tablespoon harissa paste or spice (or more if you love it). Blend until smooth in food processor and add more water if you want it thinner. •
