My philosophy is that if it is good for breakfast it is good for lunch or dinner 😊. I love to eat my porridge as a snack after dinner. Typically it is oatmeal, but more often these days I’m using other grains to keep things ‘fresh’.
I made porridge with millet 😊. Millet is an important crop in India and in many parts of Africa, particularly Nigeria. It is an important source of nutrients especially calcium. Millet (especially finger millet) is also a great source of folate, iron and phosphorus.
