My philosophy is that if it is good for breakfast it is good for lunch or dinner ?. I love to eat my porridge as a snack after dinner. Typically it is oatmeal, but more often these days I’m using other grains to keep things ‘fresh’.

I made porridge with millet ?. Millet is an important crop in India and in many parts of Africa, particularly Nigeria. It is an important source of nutrients especially calcium. Millet (especially finger millet) is also a great source of folate, iron and phosphorus.
