PANCAKE Sunday SKILLET style. Have you guys tried my pancake skillet yet? It has no added sugar, grain-free and delicious! Can be made vegan by replacing eggs with a mashed banana. The recipe is on my blog but posting it again below. Topped with homemade coconut milk yogurt, almond butter and @nanajoesgranola. Recipe:
1/4 cup @ottos_cassava_flour
2 tablespoons coconut flour
1 scoop @mrm_usa cinnamon bun plant protein
1/4 cup pumpkin purée
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
1 teaspoon cream of tartar
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 egg
2 whites (for vegan use one mashed banana)
1/2 cup almond milk
Blueberries

Preheat oven to 400. Mix together dry ingredients then add in almond milk then eggs. Mix well. Coat skillet with coconut oil and pour in batter. Add blueberries or top. Bake for 25-30 minutes
