Refreshing Smoothie Bowl to Start Your Sunny Thursday Morning After a Workout

Happy Thursday! I started my day off with a refreshing smoothie bowl after my workout this morning. The beet zucchini smoothie was made with vanilla bone broth protein and beef gelatin from Sports Research, along with cashew milk yogurt from Forager Project and almond milk. Topped with dragon fruit slices, blueberries, strawberries, grain-free granola from Wildway of Life, and pecan butter from Georgia Grinders, this bowl was a delicious and nutritious way to start the day.

I can’t get enough of the pecan butter – it’s seriously addictive! After enjoying my smoothie bowl, I have a busy morning ahead before rushing home for a Direct TV installation. You know how it goes – the dreaded four-hour window of time they give you for arrival. Hopefully, everything goes smoothly and I can get back to my day without any hiccups.
