My kids left me none of this!!! I’m so sad☹️. ?Recipe: slice a very ripe plantain. Brush both sides with neutral oil. Roast on parchment lined baking sheet at 400F until golden brown. ?For creamy rolled oats: cook gluten-free old-fashioned rolled oats as per packet directions. Add some plant milk and heat a little more. Remove from stove and stir in cashew yogurt until desired creaminess. .
