Saturday thoughts: Maybe if I grill everything summer will come sooner? Have you tried eggs and soldier fries yet? Inspired originally by my friend @clemfoodie. Today I grilled these babies before roasting them and they were fantastic! I’m also joining the #eggpornchallenge held by @briewilly. Any fun plans this weekend?

Deets: grilled Japanese sweet potato wedges grilled in my cast iron grill pan. Then tossed in ghee and @primalpalate spice and roasted. Paired with jammy eggs, avo and arugula.
