SIMPLE SALMON SUNDAY with SEEDY GARLIC BROCCOLINI and 3-INGREDIENT BALSAMIC TAHINI YOGURT DIP! Literally 10 minutes to make this meal! I took a good 4 days off the gram this past week to enjoy my anniversary vacation to Montreal with my love. It was incredible…lots of biking, hiking, walking, eating, drinking and relaxing. I will definitely be back! This easy meal was welcomed after spending the morning getting settled back in/grocery shopping/organizing. Also, I ate minimal veggies and lots of dessert this past week so this hit the spot. I used @lifewaykefir lactose free Kefir to make this dip and it was delicious. You could thin it out with water to use as a dressing. I hope you all had an amazing holiday! To be honest, not looking forward to my weekend ending but it does feel good to be back in my kitchen. Deets: wild salmon steak seasoned with salt/pepper and paprika and seared in coconut oil with a dash of coconut aminos. Blanched broccolini (boil in salt water for about 2-3 minutes) then tossed in olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, garlic powder and a mix of sunflower/sesame and hemp seeds. Dip: 1/4 cup @lifewaykefir plain Kefir, 2 teaspoons tahini, 1 tablespoon balsamic reduction and salt/pepper to taste. Garnish with cilantro. •
