SUSHI SUNDAY noodle ? style with some fresh seared sesame lime tuna and cold CASHEW SESAME GINGER noodles! Happy Sunday loves! I’ve been pretty MIA on here this past 5 days or so…I spent some time away with my boyfriend and his kids in Maine and it was so nice. Limited phone, snow tubing, laser tag, cabin in the middle of no where, hot cocoa and card games into the late nights. Got back yesterday and had a pretty lazy day back. Deets: greens, sliced carrots, cabbage, shiitakes sautéed in coconut aminos, edamame boiled and cooled, avocado, tuna marinated in some coconut aminos and lime juice sprinkled with salt and pepper and seared for 30 seconds per side in sesame oil/topped with sesame seeds and gluten free noodles tossed in this sauce. Sauce: 1 tablespoon cashew butter, 1 teaspoons sesame oil, 1 tablespoon lime juice, 2 tablespoons coconut aminos, salt, red pepper flakes, 1/2 teaspoon each ground ginger and onion powder and garlic powder, 2-3 tablespoons water. •
